Refund policy

At Armstrong Ministries, we strive to provide excellent services to all our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise that require adjustments to scheduled classes or coaching sessions. Therefore, we have established the following policies regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations:

  • Refund Policy:
    • We only offer refunds for services under specific emergency situations that qualify. These emergency situations include but are not limited to medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances that render participation in the service impossible or impractical.
    • To request a refund due to an emergency situation, clients must provide appropriate documentation or evidence to support their claim. Refund requests will be reviewed and processed on a case-by-case basis by Armstrong Ministries administration.
  • Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Coaching Sessions:
    • Clients are allowed to cancel or reschedule coaching sessions without incurring additional charges if the request is made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time.
    • If a coaching session needs to be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the session start time, the client will be charged the full amount for the session.
    • To cancel or reschedule a coaching session, clients must notify Armstrong Ministries through the appropriate channels, such as email or phone, and receive confirmation of the request.
  • Rescheduling Procedure:
    • Clients are encouraged to reschedule coaching sessions promptly if they are unable to attend the originally scheduled time. Rescheduling is subject to the availability of both the client and the coach.
    • Armstrong Ministries will make every effort to accommodate reasonable requests for rescheduling coaching sessions, taking into consideration the availability of resources and staff.

By signing up for classes or coaching sessions with Armstrong Ministries, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the above policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to provide quality services to all our clients. For external purchases made through third-party vendors or partners, such as books, merchandise, or other products, return and refund procedures will be governed by the policies and guidelines established by those respective vendors.


Armstrong Ministries is not responsible for managing returns, refunds, or exchanges for products purchased through external vendors. Clients who wish to initiate a return or request a refund for products purchased externally must adhere to the procedures outlined by the vendor from whom the purchase was made.


We advise clients to review the return and refund policies of external vendors before making purchases to ensure clarity and understanding of their rights and obligations regarding product returns and refunds.


Should clients encounter any issues or require assistance with external purchases, Armstrong Ministries may offer guidance or support in navigating the vendor's return and refund process to the best of our ability. However, ultimate responsibility for managing returns and refunds lies with the external vendor.
